William Peck's Company--NY Militia. 10/17/1850: Declaration made to obtain Bounty Land: Stephen MARSH, aged 57 a resident of Carbondale. Stephen MARSH volunteered at Cooperstown, Otsego County, NY on 1 Sep 1813 for the term of 3 months. Served 2 months and some days and was honorably discharged at 15 Nov 1813. He no longer has discharge papers. 8 children - 5 still alive in 1879
